Monterrey-Tulsa Fight Results in Suspensions Saturday, May 23rd , 2048 Jerry Schneider of the Monterrey Jacks and Ricky Gustamante of the Tulsa Drillers will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Jacks-Drillers game at Ballpark of Tulsa. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Schneider and Gustamante will begin serving them soon. To date, Schneider has collected 4 hits for a .167 average. He has posted no home runs, scored 1 runs and driven in 1 runs. So far this season, Gustamante has compiled a 1-0 won-lost mark with no saves and a 4.09 ERA. In 11 innings he has fanned 4 and opponents are hitting him at a .261 clip. |
