Loons Villarreal Suffers 4-Game Suspension Friday, July 5th , 2041 Jose Villarreal of the Great Lakes Loons became belligerent after a third-strike call in the game against Da Nang yesterday at Da Nang Field. Today, the Loons center fielder addressed his battle with the umps and the ejection that resulted in a 4-game suspension by the league. Villarreal said the league report submitted to the league by the umpiring crew did not tell whole story. "They conveniently left out the names they called me." In a statement the league said the suspension was because Villarreal returned to the field after the first argument had subsided. Presently Villarreal is hitting .201 with 4 home runs and 19 RBIs.
