The Brownsville Brown Cows pitcher hurled a 4-hit 4-0 shutout in a fine performance, surrendering no walks and tallying 17 strikeouts. "Chance is good at getting out of jams," Brown Cows manager Ernesto Ortega told reporters after the game.
